Administration – The Wheels That Keep Us Rolling

Lynne Lavery – General Manager

I began working at the Bulletin d’Aylmer in 1995, bringing more than fifteen years of small business, design and accounting experience with me. Over the past sixteen years, I have worked in every department, creating productive systems that have seen the paper grow from a 16- to 20-page average size to the current 32- to 36-page average. There’s never a dull moment in this business! -Lynne

Alison Gerow – Administrative Assistant

I work in the accounting and administration department. My main responsibilities are invoicing and bookkeeping.  I also work directly with the General Manager, assisting her with her daily tasks. I have worked here for over six years. -Alison

Nadia Paradis – Front Desk

I am The Bulletin d’Aylmer and West Quebec Post Classified and Community Event manager, liaison to the Publi-Sac and secretary / receptionist. I greet all visitors to our office and direct all correspondence, news and calls to the appropriate personnel. I am proud that these significant responsibilities fall on me. The wealth of information that I convey on a daily basis keeps me well informed and inspired. -Nadia

Roxanne Tessier Desjardins

 – Sales and Production Assistant

I have the pleasure of helping the sales team and the graphic production team meet their goals.  With a Bachelor Degree in History from the University of Ottawa, I put my critical eye and my attention to detail to work with my research skills.  I also help by adding the finishing touches to advertising contracts so as to ensure that your ads appear in our newspaper as they should. Our advertising clients will also hear my voice by telephone as their ads prepare for final approval prior to publication. -Roxanne
