------  Adding another skateboard park? 

 

I read last week in the Bulletin that Gatineau is putting in a new skateboard section of a park. There are other upgrades for this park in a new neighbourhood of Aylmer. But didn't I read last year about the Deschênes skateboard area being neglected, semi-removed and then just left in shambles?  

How is this even possible in one of Aylmer's oldest neighbourhoods - and one with low family income and plenty of kids. Something stinks about this scenario - come on Gatineau, get the Deschênes skateboard facilities up to standards now!
