Aylmer Food Bank hosted its 3rd edition of the Seniors in Action program

The Aylmer Marina was the site of a Hawaiian day with activities on Thursday, June 25, as part of the Aylmer Food Bank's Seniors in Action program. Participants were greeted with an ample barbecue lunch and other activities, all with a touch of Hawaiian vibes, allowing seniors to discuss with one another over delicious food.
The Seniors in Action program is made possible by the Government of Canada's New Horizons for Seniors program, which enables the Food Bank to host monthly activities for Aylmer seniors, allowing them to get out of their homes and spend a day participating in community activities. The next outing is a special museum outing happening on July 30, with more information to come.
