Gatineau announces a Constance-Provost opening

The official opening weekend of the Constance-Provost building, new home for the Lucy-Faris library and the Aylmer service centre, will take place April 25 and 26 from 9 am to 5 pm. The two-day event will be filled with activities for all ages.
There will be guided tours of the facility and the services available, giant games and animations for kids, and opportunities to discover the create space with equipment demonstrations for the 3D printer, heat press, and laser cutter. Lynne Rodier will give a lecture entitled “Celebrating Old Aylmer: a historic site at the heart of cultural life”.
Teenagers ages 12 to 17 are invited to participate in an evening event specifically for them, that will include Virtual Reality, Slam with D-Track, along with snacks and other activities on April 25 from 5:30 to 7:30 pm.
