Loads of fun at Oktoberfest 2026

Once again this year, in perfect weather, the Old Aylmer Corporation organised the Oktoberfest on 25 and 26 September 2026. Local microbreweries served craft beers, alongside a variety of dishes offered by the restaurants on Principale Street. Families were also able to enjoy a range of activities in the family zone, including games of skill. Several artists performed on stage, including country singer Lefty Sancho and the Burning Brass Band, an all-female brass and percussion band. Originally from Bavaria in Germany, the festival used to be held in October but was moved to September to take advantage of better weather.
