New space under construction at the Galleries of Aylmer

Construction has begun on a new space at the Galeries of Aylmer, with demolition underway to create room for a new ambiance area measuring 4,142 square feet and available for rent.

The space is being labelled a strategic location for a new establishment, as the Aylmer sector is growing rapidly, and new establishments are positioning themselves there. The new establishment is positioned next door to the Square 1 Men's Mental Health Foundation and Société de l'Assurance Automobile.

Not the only new establishment coming to the Galeries of Aylmer, as Uni-Gym is opening a gymnastics gym in September of 2026, where the old Lucy-Faris library was originally.
