Thanks for your editorial on "socialism". I am sure you will get plenty of indignant feedback! The crucial distinction between socialism and capitalism is simply the elimination of class privilege, compared to the solidification of privilege and ownership.
In most of socialism's manifestations, the legal system (and enforcement) is to protect people, individuals, not property; whereas capitalism puts the protection of property rights above individual needs and liberties. Simple and clear.
